Over the years, the events have taken place at some unusual locations, including the Dubai International Marine Club, home of the World Championship Winning Victory Powerboat Team, and the Corniche in Dubai’s busy town centre on closed public roads. The events have received media coverage internationally and nationally, also featuring regularly on Sky TV Sports Channels. The events have attracted drivers from F1 to Touring Cars and Sports Cars with ex-World Champion Damon Hill leading the BA Team a couple of seasons ago.
