indoor Raceway at Streatham, South London, is an excellent
venue for individual drivers, private groups and corporate
events. With its superb racing facilities and catering
services, state-of-the-art race computer systems, and our
fleet of expertly prepared karts, you can be assured of the
thrills of wheel to wheel action that Karting at Playscape
provides.
The Race
Formats
Playscape
invite you to compete in a Sprint Race which is
available for 1 to 60 Drivers or an Endurance Race for a
minimum of 40 to 150 Drivers. All events are preceded by a
Driver Briefing, which covers Rules & Regulations, Flags
and Safety, and these are carried out by the Race Director
with the greatest professional attention in a general
atmosphere of conviviality and fun.
The
Sprint Race
The Sprint
Race format is designed for individuals to compete in an Open
Event for up to 25 Drivers or on an exclusive basis for up to
60 Drivers. The duration of the event is a minimum of 2 Hours
which includes: Practice, 5 Race Heats, and Semi-Finals with
the top scoring drivers qualifying for the Grand Prix Final.
Trophies are presented to the Winner, Runner-up and Third
Place drivers.

The
Endurance Race
A race
where teamwork is the key to success. These events last up to
four hours and include practice, qualifying and a 2-hour
race and are designed to give teams of drivers the opportunity
to outwit their rivals through skilful driving and superior
team tactics. Driver changes, refuelling and strategy all play
their part. Our unique pit lane with their individual computer
monitors display race positions and enhances the race
experience as well as replicating the atmosphere of Formula 1
racing.
